Just about every fitness coach supports this. I most definitely support this and recent studies have proven the correlation of strength training with weight loss….that stays lost.
Resistance training increases your metabolic rate. Why? Because you are building muscle. Maybe not show worthy muscle with a 12 pack….but muscle worthy of burning calories even after you complete a workout.
